Charles (Chuck) Wolfe is CEO of Charles J. Wolfe Associates, LLC, a leadership consulting company that provides coaching, consulting, and training on culture, leadership, change, and engagement. Chuck’s work at Harvard and emotional intelligence work with Yale President Emeritus Peter Salovey led to his Emotion RoadmapTM(ER), a process that enables organizations and individuals to improve management processes such as career advancement.
